Heated indoor pool was an enjoyable feature.

Our experience was horrific! The front desk barged into our room in the middle of the night, claiming an error in their reservation system. This terrifying incident forced us to call the police, as we couldn’t confirm it was really the front desk trying to enter. On top of that, when we tried to voice our concerns to the manager in the morning, they dismissed us without letting us speak.

A cozy stay with surprise twists

The location was excellent, allowing our quick visits to nearby attractions. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, always eager to help and keep our room spotless.

I had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn in San Antonio. The room was spacious, featuring two double beds and a pull-out sofa. Breakfast options stood out, providing a good start to my day, although the sofa bed was quite squeaky. Great value for a comfortable stay.

I had a decent experience during my two-night stay. The room had a refrigerator, which was helpful. The staff made the mornings better with a complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed the indoor pool after long days exploring nearby places. However, it was concerning when I learned that the front desk tried to enter my room late at night without permission. As someone from Europe in a committed relationship, that made me uneasy.

The good location near the AT&T Center made it easy to explore the area, while the staff added a personal touch with their kindness. The exercise room impressed with well-maintained equipment, perfect for a quick workout. Unfortunately, room noise from the nearby access road and trains disrupted sleep, which could be a problem for light sleepers. Also, although the breakfast was decent, some variety could enhance the morning experience.
